REPAIRS
Damage to existing roof surfaces caused by weather elements such as hail, ice, snow, aging, heat, other physical damage caused by both humans and animals or repairs necessitated by the installation of new curbs or roof penetrations are all part of our scope of work.
Repairs to metal perimeter flashings, gutters, chimney flashings and skylights are also completed by RooFix.
Minor structural repairs such as the replacement of small areas of rotted deck can be undertaken. Structural repairs may require the services of qualified engineers and construction or restoration companies.
Where other companies often give you a blanket quote to replace the roof, this may not be necessary. Repairs will often extend the service life of the roof for several additional years.
Pricing - A fixed price quote is provided for all repairs. The customer always knows the final price before work begins.
