MAINTENANCE
RooFix will carry out routine maintenance on all types of roofs and provide the owners with a written report and photos of all routine maintenance items. Roofs should be inspected at least once a year, generally before the rainy season, specifically to address drains, roof penetrations, clear debris or report damage which may have occurred during the heating and cooling extremes of seasonal weather changes. New roofs which are under warranty require routine scheduled maintenance as part of their warranty. Building and homeowners insurance policies may require inspection and maintenance on a scheduled basis.
Regular maintenance which helps extend the service life of your roof contributes greatly to the reduction of the environmental footprint on our planet.
