SO YOU HAVE A LEAK
The best way to trace a leak is when it is leaking, which means we do most of our leak investigations on rainy days. Carrying out investigations is often a process of elimination. We investigate the "usual suspects" first; drains, roof projections, roof\wall intersects, changes in slope and metal flashings. While our expertise and experience help us pinpoint potential trouble spots, it is not a laboratory science and we do occasionally miss the mark. In these situations we may need to return and re-examine.
